ArizonaRVParkBuyer.com is owned and operated by Titan Property Investors. This site exists for one purpose: to be genuinely useful to Arizona RV park, RV resort and campground owners who are thinking about selling — including the ones who aren't sure yet.
We evaluate entire RV parks, RV resorts and campgrounds. We do not buy individual RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers or park models from private owners. If you are trying to sell a single rig, this is not the right place — but if you own the ground the rigs sit on, we would like to hear about it.
Most of what you'll find here is educational: how buyers build NOI, why cap rates move, how Arizona seasonality changes the analysis, what happens during due diligence, and what a private well or an aging septic system actually means to a purchaser. That material is here whether or not you ever contact us.
What we don't claim
Plenty of acquisition websites decorate themselves with numbers nobody can verify. We don't. On this site you will not find an invented transaction count, dollar volume, years-in-business figure, award, review or testimonial. We do not claim an Arizona office, Arizona employees or Arizona licenses we do not hold, and we do not describe ourselves as Arizona's number one anything.
We also will not tell you we have cash, financing, partners or authority we do not actually have, and we will not represent that a property is under contract when it isn't.
What happens to what you send us
Information you submit is used to evaluate the opportunity and to contact you about it. We do not publish your park, post it on a listing site or announce it to residents. If a transaction would involve another qualified buyer or a partner, we will tell you before you commit to anything.
